1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for personal data processing and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by Individual Entrepreneur Vukolova Tatyana Alexandrovna (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator considers compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, to be its most important goal and condition of its activity.

2.7. Operator means a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or processes personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://jkkmodels.com/ru.
2.9. Personal data authorized by the personal data subject for distribution means personal data to which access by an unlimited number of persons is granted by the personal data subject by giving consent for processing of personal data authorized for distribution in accordance with the Personal Data Law.

2.11. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

3. Basic rights and obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject; to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject in cases stipulated by the Personal Data Law; to independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to provide information regarding personal data processing upon request; to organize personal data processing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; to respond to requests of personal data subjects and their legal representatives; to provide necessary information to the authorized supervisory authority within 30 days; to publish this Policy; to take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data; to terminate processing and destroy personal data in cases provided by law; to fulfill other obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law.
4. Basic rights and obligations of personal data subjects
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to receive information regarding processing of their personal data; to require clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data; to require prior consent for marketing purposes; to withdraw consent to personal data processing; to appeal unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator; to exercise other rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to provide accurate personal data and to notify the Operator of changes to their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provided inaccurate information bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Principles of personal data processing
Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis, limited to specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes, relevant and not excessive, accurate, and stored no longer than necessary to achieve processing purposes.
6. Purposes of personal data processing
The purpose of processing is informing the User by sending emails. Personal data include surname, name, patronymic, email address, phone numbers, year, month, date and place of birth, and photographs. Legal grounds include statutory documents of the Operator and contracts concluded between the Operator and personal data subjects. Types of processing include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, depersonalization, and sending informational emails.
7. Conditions for personal data processing
Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject; for fulfillment of international treaties or laws of the Russian Federation; for administration of justice and execution of judicial acts; for execution or conclusion of contracts; for protection of legitimate interests; for processing publicly available personal data; and for mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.
8. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other processing of personal data
Personal data security is ensured through legal, organizational and technical measures. The Operator ensures confidentiality and prevents unauthorized access. Personal data are not transferred to third parties except as required by law or with consent. The User may update personal data or withdraw consent by sending an email to evgeniankaretina@gmail.com. Processing period is determined by achievement of processing purposes.
9. List of actions performed with personal data
The Operator carries out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. Automated processing may be carried out with or without transmission via information and telecommunication networks.
10. Cross-border transfer of personal data
Prior to cross-border transfer, the Operator notifies the authorized supervisory authority and obtains necessary confirmations from foreign recipients.
11. Confidentiality of personal data
Persons who have access to personal data must not disclose or distribute personal data without consent unless otherwise provided by federal law.
