By submitting my personal data and photographs via the website https://jkkmodels.com/ru, I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Vukolova Tatyana Alexandrovna (OGRNIP 317774600029869, INN 772176589884) (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Operator”) to:
1. the processing of my personal data, including surname, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, pseudonym, marital status, passport details, phone number, email address, photographs and other data provided by me, under the following conditions:
- the purpose of personal data processing is to place information about me on the website of the Personal Data Operator, in professional publications (including electronic ones), and by other means aimed at communicating information about me to third parties, as well as to conclude a contract between me and the Personal Data Operator. I hereby give consent to the publication of my personal data provided to the Personal Data Operator, including in publicly accessible personal data sources;
- consent is given to perform the following actions with personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), including cross-border transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data through mixed personal data processing;

I hereby guarantee that the provision of the transferred images to the Personal Data Operator does not violate the rights of third parties.
